It is a customer's responsibility to do the appropriate research needed before purchase if any ample amount of knowledge is unknown. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or concequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some products described on invoice or sold may not be street legal or which alter engine performance may not comply with requirements of state, local, or federal laws regarding noise, emissions, or safety. We do not accept legality for those products. We recommend that you check local regulations prior to ordering or installation. Removal of any structural material to facilitate the installation of any new item may need to be compensated for by installation of additional braces and supports to maintain manufacturers' original collision design.
It us understood that Chip Tuning may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, engine and/or transmission failure, fire, explosion, personal injuries, death, and/or any vehicle or personal damage that may occur from the lack of control of the vehicle due to its increased / excessive power or abusive driving. It will definitely cause you to experience the thrill of driving and live through and exhilarating experience. Since the installation has not been approved by any Municipal or Federal transport commission it is not recommended for street use. It is only intended for off road usage. Installation may or m ay not cause the vehicle to lose its dealer warranty and Unitronic and www.20squared.com will not be held liable. The installation and software covered by a limited non-transferable warranty which will become void upon any evidence of tampering or physical damage to the ECU. The client/consumer has the choice to return to OEM stock bearing the cost of installation. Most standard tuning software are developed in a matter to stay within the Canadian and United States emission standards, but Unitronic Chipped and www.20squared.com offers no warranty written or implied in regards to this matter. Custom or Big Turbo Software may not comply with emissions standards. All Unitronic software has its own unique identification and encryption. Anyone attempt to decrypt, sell, or distribute Unitronic Products without prior written consent, will be traced down and prsecuted. It is understood that Unitronic Chipped and www.20squared.com cannot be held liable or responsible. It is also understood and agreed that Unitronic Chipped and www.20squared.com cannot be expected to control all of said risk. In consideration of the benefits, through participation in this installation, it is hereby expressly knowingly RELEASE UNITRONIC CHIPPED AND 20SQUARED, INC., ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMSAND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH SUSTAINED BY ME OR MY VEHICLE BEING CHIP TUNED, CONDUCTED BY, OR UNDER THE AUSPICES OF UNITRONIC CHIPPED AND 20SQUARED, INC., WHETHER CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENCE OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF UNITRONIC CHIPPED AND 20SQUARED, INC.
I voluntarily and knowingly agree to HOLD HARMLESS, PROTECT, and INDEMIFY UNITRONIC CHIPPED, 20SQUARED, INC., its officers, agents, volunteers, and employees against and from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for property damage, personal injury, death, including defence costs and attorney's fees, arising out of my participation in this installation, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES, INJURY, OR DEATH ARE CAUSED BY MY OWN NEGLIGENCE OR BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF UNITRONIC CHIPPED, 20SQUARD, INC., ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, OR EMPLOYEES. THESE CHIP TUNING CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. MY INTENT AND MY CHOICE TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT IS A VERBAL AGREEMENT, FURTHERMORE EVIDENCES MY INTENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If the participant is under 18, as a parent or guardian, I reflect my agreement to indemnify Unitronic Chipped and www.20squared.com from any claim which may be brought by or on behalf of the installation, or any member of the participants family, for injury or loss resulting from those inherent risks of the course, described above.
Typographical Errors In the event that a www.20squared.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.20squared.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.20squared.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of checkout. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.20squared.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.20squared.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Returns/Refunds All sales are final, no returns after 30 days. No returns without proof of purchase and your original invoice. All returns and refunds must be pre-approved by www.20squared.com. No merchandise will be accepted without authorization and are subject to a 20% handling charge. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued to you by www.20squared.com before any returns or refunds can be made. www.20squared.com will not accept any packages that are returned to us without pre-approval and an RMA number issued. In the event that your package arrives without proper authorization, it can be shipped back at the customers expense. If freight is not paid for, for the return shipment within 10-days of receipt of the modified, damaged, or otherwise returned product(s), the item will be become property of www.20squared.com. Electrical, fuel, emissions, custom, and special ordered parts are non-returnable. Any items that have been altered, modified or damaged through neglect or improper installation will not be accepted. No exceptions. No cash refunds. All refunds will be made by check, store credit, or refund to your credit card or Paypal accounts. Sales on all used parts on consignment (sold for) items are final. A Deposit is required when ordering any products for in-house installation. Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. An "X" at the end of a part means
remanufactured
exchange and a "U" at the end of a part number means used. NJ State Law requires a fee of $1.50 on every tire sold to a New Jersey consumer. NJ State Law requires 7% sales tax unless you have a valid State of New Jersey Sales Tax Exemption Form at the time of each purchase or reside outside the State of New Jersey, USA and will receive delivery outside the State of New Jersey, USA. There is a 36 hour time limit on shipped items. Open your shipments and inspect all products. Make sure each product you ordered is enclosed and undamaged. Take care not to throw any parts with the wrapping materials. If you are missing any items and they are not indicated as a backorder, please contact us immediately. If you have not received the exact parcels we shipped you, or if any part is damaged contact the Carrier to file a claim as soon as possible. Keep original box and contents for inspection by the Carrier. We are not in a position to make or accept a claim after a carrier accepts shipment from us. If wrong parts received, please contact us immediately for an RMA number. Unitronic reserves the right, at their full discretion to approve or deny ANY request for refund within the first 30-days of purchase. www.20squared.com has no say in this approval process and can not honor the 30-day money back guarantee if Unitronic does not approve the request.
Shipping Carrier(s) www.20squared.com has no control over the services provided by shipping carriers, whether it be length of time, condition of shipment, or delivery. We can not control delays due to carrier shipments.
Supply www.20squared.com has no control over product(s) and/or service(s) provided by our suppliers or their availability of product(s) and/or service(s).
Facility & Service www.20squared.com is not responsible for loss by fire, theft including item(s) left in vehicle. Upon leaving vehicle for repair/service, you understand that it is necessary for vehicles to be operated on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. www.20squared.com is NOT responsible for towing, fines, tickets, or impound due to your lack of registration, insurance, or inspection while in our possession servicing your vehicle. We do not own the parking areas surrounding our building so park legally and responsibly. The parking areas are public and subject to local, state, and federal laws. The City of Burlington, NJ local ordinance states any non-registered, inspected, or insured vehicle will be impounded, considered abandoned, on public of private property as is any registered or non-registered boat, trailer, or RV.
We charge a $25.00/per day storage fee if a vehicle is not picked up within 48 hours of completion. Long term strage can be arranged and fees are subject to the Storer. Any vehicle left after 10 days before or after actual repairs will be considered abandoned and removed from the premise per state laws. All fees or services incured will be vehicle owners' responsibility. An express mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on vehicles to secure the amount of the repair thereto. Labor services performed at the www.20squared.com facility is guarranteed for 90-days for workmanship defects. We will not honor any warranty claims if the vehicle or item is not returned to correct the problem without our prior written consent. We will and always make an effort to correct any problems due to workmanship.
In the State of New Jersey, you are entitled to:
When a
motor vehicle is physically presented during normal working hours and, inany
event before work begins, a written estimated price stated either (a) price not to exceed $300.00,
and given without charge; (b) as
an exact figure broken down as to part and labor. This establishment has the
right to charge you for this diagnostic service, although if you then have the
repair done here, you will not be charged twice for any part of such charge
necessary to make the repair (c) as
an exact figure to complete a specific repair. For your protection, you may
waive your right to an estimate only by signing a written waiver. This
establishment will not start work on your vehicle until you sign an
authorization stating the nature of the repair or problem and the odometer
reading of your vehicle if you physically present the vehicle here during
normal working hours. You are entitled to the replaced parts, if requested
before work is commenced, unless their size, weight or similar factors make
return of the parts impractical. (Department of Law & Public Safety

Estimates
for large major repairs or restorations are subject to a fee for the time
involved in researching and preparing the written estimate. Estimates are only
valid for 30 days.Parts
may need to be paid for in full before work is performed. All prices are
subject to change at anytime without prior notice due to availability. You
understand that use less you return to receive a copy of an estimate of request
in electronically a verbal authorization will be acceptable.
Miscellaneous Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania & New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods.
